Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION TERMS : In case of total or partial cancellation by the customer, from the signature of the contract to 90 days before the event, the hotel undertakes not to ask for any fees as cancellation indemnities. During Congress period, the changes must be linear over the entire duration of the stay in order to maintain consistency in the file. These cancellation conditions are not cumulative: Accommodation (rooms, breakfast): Between 89 to 60 days prior arrival: 40% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 59 to 30 days prior arrival: 20% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 29 and 15 days prior arrival: 10% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 14 days and the date of arrival: no services can be cancelled without charge Seminar and banquet (meeting rooms rental, coffee breaks, half day and daily delegate packages): Between 89 to 60 days prior arrival: 40% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 59 to 30 days prior arrival: 20% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 29 and 15 days prior arrival: 10% of the services can be cancelled without charge Between 14 days and the date of arrival: no services can be cancelled without charge Catering (lunches, aperitifs, drinks, dinners): Between 15 and 6 days prior arrival: 50% of the services can be cancelled without charge From the 5th day before the date of the event, any cancellation of a service will be charged at 100%. In case of the number of people or services increase, the customer agrees to defray the additional costs not originally foreseen. TOTAL or PARTIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS adapted to Covid19 : These conditions can only be used only if the cancellation is made in writing on the day or the day after government announcements. The hotel agrees not to charge a late cancellation fee for group cancellations up to D-0 for lodging and D-8 for food in the following cases: - Total lockdown of our country provided by decree of the State not authorizing the event - Departmental lockdown foreseen by decree of the State not authorizing the event - Total and definitive cancellation of the congress In case of contamination by Covid-19 of a participant, the hotel undertakes not to ask for late cancellation fees provided that medical proof is provided.
