Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than six months prior to the event date, a refund of $250.00 administrative fee will be returned. If cancelled less than six months prior to the event date, the Licensee can submit for a refund of monies paid less $250.00 administrative fee only if the Crosley Estate is re-rented by another party at regular price.

The house is used for Weddings, Gala's, Private Dinners, Association Retreats, Corporate Sales Training, and Concerts by Sarasota Bay. Packages start at $49.95 per person for a weekday meeting including: Meeting Room, Cont'l. Breakfast, all day Beverage Station, Lunch Buffet, and afternoon snack.
