Cancellation Policy
Up to 90 days before check-in group/event, a full refund will be made of the amount deposited and dispensed charging of no-show. Up to 60 days before check-in group/event, will be made 50% refund of the amount deposited or charging 50% for the no-show. Up to 30 days before check-in group/event, 10% refund of the amount deposited on the rental of rooms reserved, and charging no-show will be equivalent to 90% of the remaining cost of the event in the proposal (including food and drinks). After the twenty-ninth day prior to the check-in group / event, no refund of the amount deposited and the charge of no-show will be equivalent to 100% of the remaining cost of the event in the proposal (including food and drinks).
