Restricciones de la instalación
1. Weekday events happening 9:00 am-6:00 pm have a noise restriction. 2. Banking Hall events must use Best Beverage Catering for liquor service. Some exceptions apply.
Política de cancelación
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or attrition charges are subject to the duty of the facility to mitigate its losses. All cancellations shall be in writing and given to Licensor. The following cancellation charges apply and are due and payable at the time of cancellation: a. For cancellations received more than 90 days prior to a confirmed Event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the Facility Fee plus the $1,000.00 Security Deposit. b. For cancellations received less than 90 days prior to a confirmed Event, the entire Facility Fee will be due. c. Change of dates for Banking Hall events will be allowed if notified in writing at least 90 days or more before the original event date. Just one change of date will be allowed, and it will be subject to venue availability, blackout dates and the discretion of Event and Sales Manager. Change of dates will carry a $500.00 fee.

-Wireless access available throughout entire building Banking Hall Catering-We work with a list of San Francisco's best caterers and event service providers for our Banking Hall. Bar service is provided by Best Beverage Catering. Conference Center catering-We offer in-house catering for our conference center meeting rooms and welcome your preferred caterer for these spaces as well -Partner with several hotels to offer meet and sleep packages
