About us
The Golf Hotel "Castello Formentini" stands on the hilltop overlooking Gorizia, an oasis of peacefulness surrounded by Collio's green hills where the vineyards grow the most prestigious wines of Italy. The rooms of the Golf Hotel "Castle Formentini" are obtained partially in the body of the Castle, and partially by two seventeenth-century houses in the ancient "borgo" (the village around castle). The sumptuous tapestry room is also a prestigious setting for meetings and congresses.
