You can run offline, hybrid as well as online event concepts and switch flexibly in case some of your guests are prevented from travelling to the Centre.
Cancellation Policy
EVENT SPACE The calculations are based on the services indicated in the confirmation and/or the contract. Cancelling the event, in full or in part, must be done in writing. If the event organizer does not use the services, he/she has reserved, total or partial cancellations will be refunded to the following extent as determined by the following deadlines: 90 – 61 days 75% of the reserved services 60 – 31 days 60% of the reserved services 30 – 15 days 20% of the reserved services 14 – 8 days 10% of the reserved services 7 – 1 day(s) 5% of the reserved services HOTEL ROOMS Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event will be charged 100%. No deductions shall be granted from flat-rate charges for services not used. The calculations are based on the number of rooms indicated in the confirmation and/or the contract. Cancelling all or some of the rooms must be done in writing. If the event organizer does not use the services, he/she has reserved, total or partial cancellations shall be refunded to the following extent as determined by the following deadlines: 60 – 31 days 70% of the reserved rooms 30 – 15 days 40% of the reserved rooms 14 days – 48 hours 10% of the reserved rooms Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged 100%.
