At the Japanese Mikuriya (16 GaultMillau points), you can experience a unique Omakase journey. Yes, All plastic drinking straws, stirrers and sticks have been replaced with sustainable options. Further single-use plastics are also being removed (ongoing project).

Yes, Geothermal technology that covers around 25% of our cooling requirements in summer and our heating requirements in winter. The rest of our electricity needs is covered in a CO2-neutral way with 100% Swiss hydroelectric power.
