Event cancellations may be made prior to 30 calendar days before the event. Any event cancelled 4-29 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the contracted total estimated charges. Any event cancelled 72 hours or less will be charged 100% of the contracted total estimated charges. Deposits are not refunded with any cancellations. If Sigmas is required to cancel the event as a result of a force majeure, Customer shall receive a full refund.
