The Sheraton New York Times Square can accommodate Groups up to 1,100 rooms on peak and 1,200 meeting attendees. The ideal size Group to meet and feed, achieving exclusivity in the hotel is 600 rooms on peak with 750 attendees. The largest meeting spaces occupy three floors at the Sheraton at 15,000 square feet of meeting space. Groups ranging in size from 100 – 300 rooms on peak can achieve privacy by being contained to a floor. A variety of arrival patterns by day-of-week are welcome; however, the greatest value is achieved by those meetings who include Sunday as a peak night; or, a Thursday – Sunday pattern. The greatest concessions offered and rewards redeemed by your client will be for the months of January, February, March, July and August. April, May, June and September through December tend to be most popular. Specific needs for multiple one-on-one sessions may be easily accommodated. The hotel boasts a spectacular collection of 60 suites, including a Presidential and a duplex Vice Presidential for VIP entertaining up to 60 attendees.” Combine all attributes of the Sheraton New York with our sister property, the New York Marriott Marquis, to achieve greatness for a meeting up to 2,000 rooms on peak with our mid-town Manhattan, Times Square location as your client’s experiential campus.
