The George & Abbotsford Hotel is situated midway up the High Street in Melrose. Melrose is reached by road either by the A7 or A68 trunk roads, which are joined by the A6091 Melrose Bypass. You can be assured that whether you are enjoying a well earned break, special occassion, planning a prestigious conference or simply looking for a place to stay overnight, the G & A will meet your expectations. The hotel has total of 30 bedrooms including standard single, twin and double rooms, larger triple and family rooms, and for a touch of luxury - our four poster room.
