Spread across two purpose-built venues – Nexus and The Vertical – Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC) offers an array of event venues and facilities unmatched in the Klang Valley. These venues range from intimate gathering spaces to grand auditoriums and ballrooms, and are complemented by a full range of concierge services located at the event concierge respectively. Organisers and attendees also have access to over 1,500 parking bays, full in-building Wi-Fi connectivity, advanced audio visual systems, teleconferencing facilities, a nursery room and a complimentary shuttle-service – just a few of the extras provided that go into making every event at Connexion Conference & Event Centre extraordinary.

Function Space Cancellation/Postponement Schedule After the date this agreement is signed but more than 30 days prior to event date The Venue will hold the first deposit paid.  Up Until 90 Days 25% of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged.  Up Until 60 Days 50% of total of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged.  Up Until 30 Days 90% of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged. Postponement Policy The following charges are applicable for postponement or other changes in dates after confirmation of the event. Cancellation / Changes must be received in writing. Should the function space be released after confirmation, the deposit paid shall not be refunded.
