Jarrah and Wattle Room - Features great natural daylight and state of the art audio-visual facilities. Suited for theatre style up to 100 guests and banquet style for 80 guests. Wood accents and white marble benchtop cabinetry finish this room with a neutral welcoming aesthetic. With direct access to a large foyer for catering breaks, Jarrah and Wattle are interconnecting rooms which can be divided, offering great flow for exhibitions and breakout sessions. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
