Patron’s advance deposits will not be refundable in the event Patron cancels the Event or any part of the Event. In addition, a cancellation fee may be charged and payable on demand. If the Patron cancels an Event, or any part of the Event, after entering into this Contract, Bon Appétit and the Cleveland Museum of Art will suffer damages. Due to the difficulty in ascertaining such damages, the Patron agrees to pay the following amount, which will be based on banquet pricing in effect at the time of notification, as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, for such cancellation.

Under the leadership of Chef Douglas Katz, our culinary team seeks out local growers and producers, procuring the freshest regional food available to ensure that we serve only the best at your event.
