Our 45-room boutique hotel is the ideal location for wedding or corporate room blocks or full hotel buyouts. The Penthouse Suite offers a comfortable setting for small meetings for 8 people or receptions up to 25. Guests will be awed by the panoramic views of the Charleston skyline that the Penthouse Suite offers! With a hotel buyout, groups have exclusive use of the entire property which includes The Penthouse Suite and balcony, as well as the thoughtfully curated lobby and bar, providing many options to host welcome receptions, events, or after parties. We have a partnership with many of the most esteemed, local venues who can support with any meeting, event, or programming needs. Hall's Signature Events boasts a truly authentic Charleston aesthetic with exposed brick, wood floors and wood beams. The venue is comprised of three (3) event spaces and can host events up to 200 people. The two private dining rooms at High Cotton are ideal for hosting smaller corporate meetings or meal functions for groups from 15-100 guests. In addition, we partner with our neighbor, Poogan's Courtyard. This is the private event space of the Poogan’s family who have operated restaurants in Charleston for over 100 years. This space has interior courtyard, original wood floors and exposed brick. The Peacock Charleston is a modern event venue providing a multi-tiered entertainment experience with a variety of indoor and outdoor options from the rooftop deck to the Peacock Lounge and V's.
