Function Space Allotment cancelation policy - The Hotel will assign the function spaces upon the Client’s confirmation according to the event requirement. - If the Client reduces the amount of space specified in the event requirement less than 4 (four) days before the event start date, the Client will need to pay a 100% (one hundred percent) fine of the reduced rental fee. Cancellation Policy - If the Client carries out a cancellation within 4 (four) days before the event date, a 100% (one hundred percent) fine of the total cost will incur. - If the Client fails to remit payment or other rules at the venue or the regulations contained in this Agreement, the Hotel has the right to cancel this Agreement and not return the fees or payments received by the Hotel.
