Our accommodation has 251 rooms in three different styles: Chili, Ocean and Urban. Many of our rooms give you a lovely view of the harbor. All rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee & tea facilities, a safe, an extra large working space and an individually regulated air conditioning. In our spa and fitness area you will find a variety of services, including a gym, Finnish sauna and a rooftop sun deck with great panoramic views. Above all, our KAI40 Restaurant & Bar offers fresh regional products. Start a culinary journey to different ports and have a good time. A wonderful light-flooded ambiance, modern conference technology, high-speed Wi-Fi and exceptional service ensure an event experience at the highest level in the heart of the Hanseatic city. Thanks to 12 air-conditioned rooms the hotel is the perfect location for any conference, meeting or special function. All rooms offer modern conference technology and daylight. Above all, good food has to be: TASTY. Therefore, we offer no frills dishes but simply good and fresh products, preferably from the region. Eating together means to enjoy time together. Start a culinary journey also to different ports and have a good time at our KAI40 Restaurant & Bar. Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers
