TOTAL CANCELLATION • No penalty for cancellations within 7 days of confirmation • Penalty equal to 60% of the entire amount for cancellations from the 8th day to 40 days before the date of the event • Penalty equal to 80% of the entire amount for cancellations from 39 days to 10 days from the date of the event • Penalty equal to 100% of the entire amount for cancellations from the 9th day to the day of arrival and for no-shows PARTIAL CANCELLATION It is possible to cancel a maximum of 10% of the quota for rooms and services within 7 days of the date / arrival
