With a prime location in Bairro da Lapa, in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, this project aims to recover and adapt an old mansion into a hotel and building two new areas. Inspired by the theme of Bossa Nova, this new hotel has planned 292 rooms, restaurant, bar, library, Spa with gym, massage room, Jacuzzi, outdoor pool and Convention Centre with 8 rooms, including a 277m2 Master Meeting Room.

If there is a reduction on the number of participants in the event in relation to the contracted number, the following terms shall apply: Accommodation and Services: - 75 days in advance – without penalty; - Between 60 and 74 days in advance – payment of 30% of the cancelled total amount; - Between 31 days and 59 days in advance – payment of 50% of the cancelled total amount; - Between 29 days and 07 days in advance – payment of 75% of the cancelled total amount; - Less than 07 days in advance – payment of all the services. The charged amount shall be equivalent to the total duration of the group/event. The prepaid amounts shall not be reimbursed nor convertible into a letter of credit. Changes for increasing the number of accommodation reservations shall be accepted depending on the availability.

In order to enjoy the atmosphere of Lapa and its main attraction points, take a walk up to Arcos da Lapa (with the tram to Santa Teresa) and to the Escadaria Selarón steps. Nearby, be sure not to miss the São Sebastião Cathedral, the Municipal Theater (Teatro Municipal), the Museum of Image and Sound (Museu da Imagem e do Som), the Nossa Senhora do Carmo da Lapa Church or the Cecilia Meireles Theater, as well as the Rio Antigo antique fair, on the Rua do Lavradio street. When the evening comes, do not miss the famous and bustling bars “Rio Scenarium” and “Carioca de Gema”. This hotel's location in Rio de Janeiro, also very close to the city's financial center, also allows for an easy access to the Santos Dumont Airport, the Maracanã Stadium and the Sambadrome.
