Cancellation Policy
a) Event Cancellation – In the event that the Client Cancels the Event: a. Date of Cancellation shall be the date the Venue receives a written cancellation notice from the Client. b. If the Date of Cancellation is one year or more prior to the commencement date of the License Period, no further payment is required from the Client, but the Venue shall be entitled to all the deposits made or owing to the date of Cancellation. c. If the date of cancellation is less than one year prior to the commencement of the License Period, the Client shall pay to the Venue the License Fee, less any deposits made, as indicated in the Agreement and any other expenses which the Venue has incurred on the Clients’ behalf.
