Facility Restrictions

Outdoor exhibition space - function lawn, cabanas, beach. Al Hamra Convention Centre located approximately 50m away from the main building. Venue is managed by a different company but can be rented and catered by Waldorf Astoria.

Cancellation Policy

Non guaranteed reservations are cancelled at 4pm on date of arrival. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations after 4pm attracts a 100% penalty of 1st night room rate. Flexible Cancellation policies for groups

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
