ANY CANCELLATION OF THE MEETING SPACE AFTER THE CONTRACTED CUT-OFF DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE. A CANCELLATION FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GROUP MASTER ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ON FILE IF MEETING SPACE IS CANCELLED AFTER THE CONTRACTED CANCELLATION DATE.

The BEST WESTERN PLUS- The Charles Hotel offers a total of three meeting and event spaces available to rent. All meeting space is located on the lobby level for your convenience. Complimentary, hi-speed, wireless internet access is provided throughout the hotel including all of the meeting rooms. Our two meeting rooms, Lewis & Clark and Discovery Room, provide a flexible set-up with open space to customize your meeting and event needs. The hotel breakfast room is an additional option which has a permanent set up and can be closed off to the public, providing a private experience. This room has limited availability, only allowing for private events after 12:00pm, daily. At the BEST WESTERN PLUS -The Charles Hotel we have everything you need to plan your special meeting.
