Newly built in 2017, located at the crossroads of downtown NYC, within walking distance of Soho, The Lower East Side, Tribeca, Little Italy, Brooklyn and 9 subway lines, 50 Bowery is your downtown launchpad for urban exploration and discovery. As you venture out into the neighborhood, expect to stumble upon boutiques, galleries, street art, speakeasys, impromptu musical performances and culinary staples. Featuring nn incredible rooftop bar with spectacular views across the Manhattan skyline and 10,000 square feet of creative indoor and outdoor event space. We offer 229 guest rooms including five suites, with entry level rooms, Deluxe Kings starting at 260 square feet.
