Deposit equal to 50% of the estimated charges is due at contract signing, with the remaining amount due 30 Days prior to arrival (100% due at signing when under 30 days). The deposit will not include estimated guest room charges if the individual guests will pay for their own room and tax. If the group will cover room and tax, that amount will be included in the deposits. Cut-Off Date is 30 days prior to group arrival (rooming list due at contract singing when arrival is under 30 days). Attrition is included in all group contracts (negotiable up to 10%). The group is respon-sible for ensuring that 90% of the contracted rooms are reserved or will have to pay for any un-used rooms in order to reach that 90% minimum A pro forma invoice will be included with the contract and will show the total estimated charges based on the information currently available. The final total will be based on the group’s menu, and beverage package (if any) selections Indoor weather back-up space is not guaranteed by Hotel unless alternate indoor space is reserved and contracted at the prevailing rates by the Group. Event tents are allowed in most outdoor venue locations and can be arranged in coordination with the Hotel. The cost for event tents will be absorbed by the Group and not covered by the Hotel. No amplified music or sound is allowed in outdoor spaces after 10 p.m. Hotel Saint Vincent is dedicated to earning your business.
