IV. Withdrawal by the customer (cancellation) 1. the customer may only withdraw from the contract concluded with ACHAT free of charge in accordance with the following cancellation conditions, unless a different right of withdrawal has been expressly agreed in the contract, a statutory right exists or ACHAT expressly agrees to a withdrawal free of charge. The agreement of a right of withdrawal and any consent to cancellation of the contract shall be made in text form. If a date for exercising the right of cancellation free of charge has been agreed in the contract, this provision shall replace the provision stated here in the GTCs and the customer may cancel the contract up to that date without triggering payment or compensation claims by ACHAT. The right of cancellation free of charge shall expire if the customer does not exercise it in text form vis-à-vis ACHAT by the agreed date.
