About us
The new Heritage Hotel of Abad Group- Grand Residencia-opened in Fort Cochin with grandeur of 140 years of history. There are 9 heritage rooms, 11 boutique rooms and 1 suite in Grand Residencia. The beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard, party room which can accommodate 40people, the multi-cuisine restaurant and the reading lounge. But the main attraction definitely is the Ayurvedic spa called Revive which has qualified doctors and masseurs as staff.
