In no event shall Licensee cancel or terminate this agreement except as stated herein. Licensee understands, recognizes and agrees that the Licensor will incur substantial damages if Licensee cancels or terminates this agreement and that Licensee will pay the Licensor for said damages as specified herein. Licensee agrees to pay all court costs and expenses including attorney's fees arising from any suit or action instituted by Licensor to enforce compliance with this agreement. Should the Licensee cancel or terminate this agreement 183 or more days prior to the first contracted day of the event, Licensor will refund the deposit in full. If less than 183 days Licensee shall pay Licensor as liquidated damages fees as stated below and both parties shall be relieved of any further obligations under this agreement. If 182 days or less but 121 or more days before event start date 25% of the total contract value as stated herein. If 120 days or less but 61 days or more before event start date 50% of the total contract value as stated herein. If 60 days or less but 31 days or more before event start date 75% of the total contract value as stated herein. If 30 days or less 100% of the total contract value as stated herein.
