For most reservations, these are our cancellation terms: Cancellations. If you find you must cancel your reservation, please do so immediately. 95% of paid prepayments will be refunded when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier. If canceled within 90 days of rental check-in, the advance rent payment will NOT be refunded, unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. If the home re-books, you will receive 95% of the advance rent payment less a $150 cancellation fee. All advance rent payments are non-refundable within 30 days of rental check-in. Failure to pay an unpaid balance forfeit all advance payment and reservation rights. Group bookings at The Horse Shoe Farm are subject to different payment & cancellation policies. Please contact us for group, event, and retreat policies.

In addition to our on-property restaurant and spa, we have a gorgeous mountain-view outdoor saltwater pool and jacuzzi. The Farmhouse is our game room that is filled with games like pool, ping pong, air hockey, art supplies, fishing rods (for our two fish-stocked ponds), bicycles, sporting equipment and so much more! We recently added an outdoor pickleball court next to The Pool House and The Animal Barn which makes for an afternoon of fun, relaxation, and of course, enjoying the magnificent mountain sunsets!
