Política de cancelamento
The whole event can be cancelled cost-free up to 61 days prior to the event date. Cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of minimum number of participants between 60-31 days prior to the event will entail a debit of 50% of the total event price, i.e. the already paid deposit. Cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of minimum number of participants between 30-15 days prior to the event will entail a debit of 75% of the total price. Cancellation of the whole event or reduction of more than 10% of minimum number of participants less than 14 days before the event will entail a debit 100% of the event price. Cancellation must be in writing either by letter or by e-mail. Cancellation is valid only when the customer has received confirmation thereof. By cancellation we understand any significant change from the initial agreement such as calling off or shortening the event, or moving it to a different room, etc.
