Apart from this 20 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated amount. From 59 Until 21 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 10 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty. Apart from this 10 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated amount. From 20 to 7 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 5 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty.
