If you cancel your booking for any reason DEKRA will charge the amounts stated below. Cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event – no charge Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week prior the event – 40% of the total bill Cancellation between 1 week and up to 48 hours prior to the event – 80% of the total bill Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the event – 100% of the total bill
