1/ Total Cancellation The following are considered total cancellations, resulting in the application of the cancellation conditions defined below: Changes to the event date, failure to pay deposits within the contractual deadlines. In the event of missed payment deadlines, the Pavillon Royal reserves the right to demand immediate payment of the remaining balance for the event. The Client’s payment must reach the establishment within eight (8) days from the date of the Pavillon Royal’s written request. Failure to settle within this timeframe will result in the event being considered definitively canceled at the sole fault of the Client. In addition to demanding the balance or the full price as stipulated below, the establishment may also claim damages for the losses incurred. In the case of a total cancellation, the Pavillon Royal will retain or invoice the Client as follows, by way of compensation: More than 30 days before the first day of the event: the amount of the deposit(s) as stipulated in the specific terms and conditions. 30 days or less before the first day of the event: 100% of the total inclusive price of the reserved services. 2/ Partial Cancellation A partial cancellation corresponds to a reduction in the value of the contract for any reason: reduction in the event duration, number of participants, and/or services ordered. In the case of partial cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: If the cancellation notification is received more than 90 days before the first day of the event: the canceled portion of the service will be invoiced at 35% of the contracted rate. If received between 90 and 61 days before the first day of the event: the canceled portion of the service will be invoiced at 50% of the contracted rate. If received between 60 and 31 days before the first day of the event: the canceled portion of the service will be invoiced at 75% of the contracted rate. If received less than 30 days before the first day of the event: the canceled portion of the service will be invoiced at 100% of the contracted rate. No-shows by the Client and any reductions in the event duration will be invoiced at an amount equal to the originally planned event duration. All cancellations, including partial cancellations, must be submitted in writing to the sales department. Otherwise, the Pavillon Royal reserves the right to revise the contract terms, rates, and previously granted allocations.
