All of our meeting rooms boast natural daylight and are modernised in style and in equipment. Whether you are looking for lunch, dinner or an in between snack, you will find we always have something fresh, tasty and healthy on our menus. Host an event in one of the hotel's 14 meeting rooms. No matter size and structure of the event DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Docklands Riverside is here to help. All meeting rooms feature natural daylight, air conditioning and A/V equipment. The DoubleTree ferry service operates seven days a week between Canary Wharf Pier and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Docklands Riverside Pier with a frequent service running every 10 minutes during peak commuter hours. The DoubleTree by Hilton hotel also offers all-inclusive small meeting packages through the Meetings Simplified package. Enjoy a number of excellent features to run a smooth and efficient meeting, in addition to delicious food that is fast, fresh and healthy. With the Meetings Simplified packages, booking a meeting is easy. The packages are based on minimum numbers, and no contract is required, just a confirming email and confirmation of method of payment. Show your team appreciation and impress clients with something informal yet spectacular. We offer recreational and team building activities including: A voyage on The Thames, drinks and a Thames quiz, round trip through central London with the Thames Rib Experience, dinner and drinks reception cruises on The Thames, themed parties such as ‘create your own cocktail’ and interactive BBQ evenings, contacts for interactive dinner entertainment such as magicians, blackjack and roulette, private launch parties and team celebration parties. Each of the function rooms are unique and versatile spaces. The beautiful London Suite and Millennium Suite are equipped with private bars, which make them ideal for private parties, banquet dinners and receptions. The hotel has function rooms which can caterer for up to 300 Guests, and the Executive Chef will work to create a bespoke menu. The hotel also organises a number of magical shared Christmas party nights around the festive period and memorable New Year's Eve parties.
