The only internationally branded luxury hotel resort in Cyprus- Extensive grounds (100000sqm) ideal for outside functions- 300m of sandy beach frontage- The Diamond Ballroom with a permanent theatrical stage is 800sqm is a pillar-free facility and can be split into 2 equal parts - there is access for up to SUV sized cars to be brought in and 32 motors on the roof which can display up to 4 vehicles in the air- The Park Room is 500sqm with a terrace and natural daylight views towards the main pool and sea, ideal for meetings, meals and exhibitions- In total up to 11 meeting rooms inclusive of the Diamond Ballroom split in two parts- 6 restaurants & 2 bars + a number of outdoor options in the extensive gardens, overlooking the beach- Kalloni Spa with 14 indoor/outdoor treatment rooms, 3 treatment suites, and 5 indoor/outdoor thalassotherapy treatment pools- 3 outdoor (1 with seawater & 1 for adults only), and 1 indoor swimming pools- 274 rooms & suites (222 rooms & 52 suites)- Just 35mins from Larnaca and 50mins from Paphos Airports- Limassol town center and its 4 POIs just 15-20mins away on the scenic coastal road
