Newly renovated in 2020, Hyatt Regency Houston is Houston's 3rd largest hotel centered in the heart of the downtown commercial and culture district. We are within walking distance to the Theater District, George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center and dozens of restaurant and nightlife options. The property offers 42 state-of-art meeting rooms for a total of 71,000 sq ft of flexible space, conveniently located across 4 floors and only a short walk from the guest room elevators or light-filled 30-story atrium lobby so you can minimize guest commute time and maximize networking time. The hotel has 955 renovated, city-view guestrooms, including 20 suites. There are 3 restaurant outlets: Shula's Steak House with private dining space, Einstein Bro's Bagels (open 24/7) and the Lobbibar, a bar perfect for gathering after conventions. All guests have access to the modern gym equipped with Peloton bike, functional strength tools and cardio deck as well as the heated outdoor pool featuring a beautiful pool deck ideal for cocktail receptions and team building activities.
