CANCELLATION POLICIES: Guestroom Cancellation Policy: •A 20% Reduction in the Original Contracted Room Block can be made without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. • Further reductions within 14 days prior to arrival will result in the full charge of anticipated room revenue. Banquet Food & Beverage Guest Count Cancellation Policy: •Food & Beverage will be charged according to the guaranteed number of guests or on consumption, whichever is greater. •If no guaranteed number is provided, the estimated attendance on the final signed contract will serve as the guarantee. •A 20% Reduction in the Original Contracted Guest Count can be made without penalty up to 10 days prior to arrival. •Further reductions made within 10 days prior to arrival will result in the full charge of anticipated food revenue. Meeting Room Cancellation Policy: •Cancellation of any meeting room or hospitality room received more than 60 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee of up to $800.00 / $600.00 per room, per day. Entire Contract Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel this entire agreement for any reason, the Venue will suffer damages. Group agrees to pay the Venue, at the time of cancellation, a liquidated damages fee, as follows: •Cancellation received more than 30 days but less than 60 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total anticipated guestroom and food & beverage revenue. •Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of anticipated guestroom and food & beverage revenue.

The main building of the hotel has been transformed with renovations to the lobby and Grey Wolf & Timber Wolf conference rooms and the addition of our Alpha Bistro & Bar which were completed in June 2015. This renovation is in keeping with our new Wolf Condos. Our outdoor spaces offer outstanding views of the mountains and are perfect for receptions, casual dinners and team building events.
