If the Group cancels this Agreement, the Group will provide written notice to the Hotel, accompanied by payment of the amounts indicated below (except in the case of a Force Majeure). The parties agree that the amounts included in this Cancellation clause are reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by the Hotel and factor in the Hotel’s ability to mitigate its losses through resale. CANCELLATION RECEIVED IN WRITING AMOUNT DUE From the Agreement Date to 180 days prior to the arrival date 20% of the total contracted amount From 179 days to 120 days prior to the arrival date 35% of the total contracted amount From 119 days to 90 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the total contracted amount From 89 days to 45 days prior to the arrival date 80% of the total contracted amount Within 44 days prior to the arrival date 100% of the total contracted amount
