As the founding property of JetPark Hotels 26 years ago, JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel and Conference Centre is a New Zealand owned and operated hotel providing hospitality with quality service and facilities to our guests - provided by a family of true hoteliers. JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel & Conference Centre is a 4.5 star, silver sustainability rated hotel located only 7 minutes from Auckland Airport with a FREE exclusive shuttle 24/7. The hotel had a full refurbishment completed in 2023 and offers 222 spacious and well- appointed guest rooms and suites, with a few selected pet friendly rooms. Offering free wifi, free guest car park, EV chargers, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, 12 conference and function venues, the award winning Flying Fish Restaurant, , The Lateurlere Bar - a sophisticated lounge bar with indoor and outdoor flow, and Koura Cafe. From boardroom to ballroom sized event and conference spaces, the majority are placed in Wing 4 - a purpose -built conference wing which also boasts its own kitchen to service our events/conference catering requirements. The conference facilities restaurant is called Haast Restaurant. Haast Restaurant is adjacent to the Kiwi ballroom, perfect if you want to keep your dining area separate from your plenary space. From Haast Restaurant is access to our beautiful wooden deck outside, which oversees the pond and green space - often used for BBQ's or cocktails on the deck in the summer months. On The top floor, Level 5, you'll find the interchangeable lounge / dining area, the bar and 4 separate meeting spaces. Open up meeting space to the lounge and bar and you have the perfect Top Floor Venue with views as far as Rangitoto and One Tree Hill. Guests often like to use this space to wow their delegates.

• Deposit Schedule The following deposit is required to be received by the hotel by the date noted: Less than $5000: A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the estimated event charge may be required where the hotel receives another tentative booking for the same date. The hotel may require payment of the deposit within 48 hours if other tentative bookings are received. $5000+: A 20% % deposit is required upon signing the contract. Cancellation & Materialisation Policy Only written, dated requests for cancellations shall be taken into account. The Client’s failure to show at the hotel on the appointed date shall be regarded as a cancellation. Any form of entertainment or outside services retained by the Hotel on the Client’s instruction may incur a full charge for the services retained, regardless of when the services were cancelled. - 61+ Days before arrival: Your deposit will be refunded in full. - Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: Your deposit amount paid will not be refunded. - Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of total estimated events charges will be charged. - Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of total estimated events charges as booked will be charged.
