The hotel meeting facilities is located on one floor and can accommodate the most intimate meetings to full conventions. Our 14 meeting rooms in size from the intimate Kent and Essex meeting rooms at 504 square feet to the Kensington Ballroom at 8,280 square feet. In addition, our meeting break-out rooms are easily accessed keeping attendees nearby and engaged. Surprise your attendees with a little magic at your next event, from fireworks and s’mores to a scavenger hunt in Downtown Disney or yoga on the lawn even an in-house sushi-making class! We’re here to make your job as a meeting planner easier and your attendees feel lucky to be a part of your event!
