About us
Mlynska12 befindet sich fast im Herzen des Geschäftszentrums von Posen. Es ist unter anderem seine unmittelbare Umgebung, die es für seine Bewohner so attraktiv macht. Mlynska12 steht für eine einzigartige Bürofläche von fast 4600 Quadratmetern, die sich aus 6 oberirdischen Stockwerken und einem Untergeschoss zusammensetzen. Die große Vielfalt an Lösungen entspricht den europäischen Standards, die von führenden Unternehmen der Immobilienbranche erreicht wurden. Die Idee hinter dem Projekt ist sowohl auf die Bedürfnisse kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen als auch auf diejenigen Mieter zugeschnitten, die nach Möglichkeiten suchen, Freiflächen nach Belieben neu zu gestalten. Um den Bewohnern und Gästen von Mlynska12 bei der Organisation von Geschäftstreffen und Empfängen für bis zu mehreren hundert Personen zu helfen, bieten wir bis zu 12 Konferenzräume und großartige Banketträume. Alle Bereiche wurden so konzipiert, dass sie potenziell zu großen Räumen kombiniert und an verschiedene Veranstaltungsformate angepasst werden können. Zu den gastronomischen Einrichtungen im Mlynska12 gehört nicht nur das Restaurant The Time Concept by Mielzynski, sondern auch das Weingut Wine by the Glass the Ground Winery, die Cigar Room & Whisky Bar und das Kochstudio Deck_12. Nicht jede Veranstaltung kann als Party verwaltet werden. Für Gäste, die Platz für ein breiteres Spektrum an Tagungsmöglichkeiten suchen, hat Mlynska12 eine Reihe von Veranstaltungsangeboten vorbereitet.
