Cancellation Policy
Reduction policy: • From Contract Signature to 91 days before the arrival of the group: 25% of the reserved rooms per night may be cancelled without penalty. Each room night cancelled above this percentage shall be charged at 50% of the room rate quoted. • Between 90 days and 31 days before the arrival of the group: 15% of the reserved rooms, per night may be cancelled without penalty. Each room night cancelled above this percentage shall be charged at 75% of the room rate quoted. • From 30 days and 48 hours before the arrival of the group: a maximum of 2 rooms (non-cumulative) per night, may be cancelled without penalty. Reductions above this number shall be charged, per night, at 100% of the room rate quoted. • All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival of the group, “no shows” and/or early check-outs: the amount charged to the 2nd Signatory shall be based on the total reserved stay and at 100% of the room rate. The attrition allowed is not cumulative and can only be used once. After the first use, all cancellations and/or reductions made will be charge in full (100%). Full cancellation policy: • From contract signature to 90 days prior to the arrival of the group: 50% of total estimated cost of accommodation will be charged as penalty. • Between 89 and 60 days prior to the arrival of the group: 75% of total estimated cost of accommodation will be charged as penalty. • Between 59 and 30 days prior to the arrival of the group: 100% of total estimated cost of accommodation will be charged as penalty, plus 100% of total estimated rental fee of meeting spaces. • Between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival of the group: 100% of total estimated cost of accommodation will be charged as penalty, plus 100% of total estimated rental fee of meeting spaces, plus 50% of total estimated F&B will be charged as penalty. • Less than 15 days prior to the arrival of the group: 100% of the total estimated cost of services will be charged as penalty (accommodation, meeting spaces and F&B). The invoice issued for full cancellation penalty must be paid maximum up to 30 days from date of issuance

Deposits • Up to 15 days after confirmation, 1st deposit - 25% of total cost of the services; • Up to 3 months prior to the arrival, 2nd deposit - 50% of total cost of the services; • Up to 1 month and half prior to the arrival, 3rd deposit - 25% of total cost of the services; • All deposits are non-refundable.
