"Contracted on-site food and beverage company retains the right to provide all concession, catering and beverage services for all events; Motor-driven vehicles or bicycles are not permitted within the event space of the property; Non-smoking facility; No pets premitted on property; No operation of drones or any unmanned aircraft devices; Outdoor amplified sound limited; Standard facility daily usage between 8am and 10pm, additional fees outside these hours"
Cancellation Policy
"Once the event agreement is signed, cancelation will forfeit the security deposit. If an event is canceled three (3) months in advance or less, cancellation fees will apply in addition to the security deposit. "
