Cancellation Policy
a.Until 91 days prior group’s arrival, a total of 100% of the requested rooms may be cancelled without any penalization’s fees. b. Until 60 days prior group’s arrival, a total of 30% of the requested rooms may be cancelled without any penalization’s fees. Those rooms above 30% of the reservations, shall have a penalization of a “one-night stay” per room. c. Until 45 days prior group’s arrival, a total of 20% of the requested rooms may be cancelled without any penalization’s fees. Those rooms above 20% of the reservations, shall have a penalization of a “one-night stay” per room. d. Until 30 days prior group’s arrival, a total of 10% of the requested rooms may be cancelled without any penalization’s fees. Those rooms above 10% of the reservations, shall have a penalization of a “one-night stay” per room. e. After this last room reduction date (30 days before the arrival) all cancelations or reductions are non-refundable, and a full penalty of total stay or reduced nights will be applied.
