There is $100.00 charge for the rental of the entire banquet room ($150.00 for Saturday night). Smaller parties are encouraged to inquire about 1/2 room rates. The bartender fee is $75.00 per bartender. One bartender is mandatory for parties of 15 to 60. Over 60 guests, 2 bartenders are required. Sales tax of 7% is applied to all food, 10% tax is applied to liquor and a 20% service charge. Included in the 20% service are the service charge and an administrative fee.
