"il bar" features the largest wine preservation and dispensing system in the world. This system allows us to maintain the vitality of 120 open bottles of wine for an extended period of time. By pressurizing each bottle with inert nitrogen gas, the system (known by many as a "cruvinet") enables us to present a wide range of fine wines in optimum condition. The wine list at Panorama changes every week! Our goal is to bring to you a dynamic mix of familiar, unusual, great, rare, comfortable and just plain good wines that represent a wide selection of regions, styles, prices, and grape varieties. Each year our efforts result in appearances of over 800 different wines on our system. We know of no other program that offers consumers such a wide range of choice by the glass.
