Cancellation Policy

Guarantee (1-4 rooms booked) To secure rooms, please arrange for a deposit of one night's room rate, in cash, money order or a credit card. (5 rooms and above booked) To secure rooms, please arrange for Full payment, in cash, money order or a credit card at least 4 weeks prior to arrivals. No-shows (1 - 4 rooms booked) All no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of an equivalent of one night's room rate. (5 rooms and above booked) - No refund will be given if guest stayed only for 1 night. -50% cancellation charge apply to all rooms for the duration of the stay (stay more than 2 nights) Cancellations (FIT 1-4 rooms) Advance notice is required for all cancellations: 1. at least 72 hours before arrivals. 2. cancellation within 72 hours - advanced deposit will be forfeited. Group Cancellations (5 Rooms and above) 1. Advance notice is required for at least 4 weeks prior to arrivals. 2. For cancellation less than 4 weeks or in case of no show 50% cancellation charge for the whole stay apply (guest stay more than 1 night) 3. For cancellation less than 4 weeks or in case of no show, no refund will be given (guest stayed for 1 night only).
