About us
The Captain Stirling Hotel offers affordable, comfortable rooms to ensure an enjoyable stay. Situated half way between the beach and the city, just 10 minutes travel time, the Captain Stirling Hotel is in a prime location. A bus stop is conveniently located just out the front. The hotel is also situated close by the Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. We have a number of room types to suit everyone’s needs. There are predominantly 2 areas within the hotel that are available to hire. The Alcove is adjacent to the bar and is suitable for groups of up to 50 in a cocktail style function. This area is complimented by its own fireplace and French doors opening out onto the courtyard. The Back Bar can accommodate approximately 110 people and is ideal for any celebration.
