Optus Stadium can cater events up to 2,000 guests with over 18 different event spaces on offer throughout the venue. Recently voted the ‘Most Beautiful Sports Facility in the World’, the Stadium is also the most state-of-the-art in Australia and provides a range of event solutions that are perfect for conferences, exhibitions, launches, cocktail functions, gala balls, Christmas parties and other celebrations. They even do weddings! The dedicated meetings and special events team will ensure a perfect end-to-end experience, providing guidance and recommendations on food, beverage, staffing and preferred event suppliers from photography through to event theming. The venue’s food and beverage is delivered by the award-winning in-house Chefs and Catering team, with menus that celebrate the flavours and produce of Western Australia. One highlight of the Stadium’s state-of-the-art technology design is the two 340 metres squared super screens, the largest in the southern hemisphere. These can be personalised for corporate and private events with company logos, presentations and event hashtag feeds. In addition, a lighting system comprising of 15,000 LED lights can be utilised to take your event to the next level. Event catering is prepared by the Stadium’s in-house award-winning Chefs with menus created that celebrate the flavours and produce of Western Australia.
