Cancellation Policy
GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS are provided on the attached information sheet. Our guest rooms are located within our six separate buildings encompassed by beautiful farm land. Each guest room offers a private bathroom. The Guest House also has a fourth full bath in the hall. If anyone in your group should have a need for any special accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements accordingly. **We require all groups over 10 to master bill all costs associated with their retreat – including guest room accommodations. Groups under 10 may pay individually. *DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/HANDLING FEES – we require one-half of the total amount to be paid to us by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX only) within two weeks of booking your reservation in order for us to hold the space for your conference. If cancelled within the 60 days prior to the conference date, we require full payment, less any bookings we make for that time period. If an outstanding balance remains two weeks after the departure date of your conference, we will process a charge to the credit card on file. If you postpone the conference to another date, we will gladly move your deposit to the new date. However, if you must postpone your conference a second time (and each subsequent time thereafter) a handling fee of $50 for each date change will be imposed.

The Inn at Serenbe is pleased to offer overnight accommodations to your group. We will gladly work with your conference coordinator to help determine what best suits your group’s needs. This will depend on the number of people needing overnight accommodations as well as any specific sleeping arrangements you provide to us. CONFERENCE ROOM AMENETIES • Daily maid service • Exclusive use of the designated conference room for a 24-hour period. If your group requires use of the conference room for any additional time outside of this period, there will be an additional fee • Beverage service: water, coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade • Snacks • Flip charts and markers • A/V equipment – ask your event coordinator for special needs • Internet access
