Explore by Jet Ski

Take a two or four-hour tour by jet ski around the warm calm waters of Beqa Island. Explore the lagoons best snorkelling spots on a fun, personalised jet ski safari. The tour can also include a picnic on Nanuku’s own private island.

Creative Workshop

Open daily for all Nanuku guests, the Creative Workshop provides opportunities to interact and learn from a local artisan. Learn how to make grass skirts and local crafts and take them home with you! The traditions and culture of Fiji are shared in the Creative Workshop where you can also just sit, listen and enjoy their storytelling and music.

Snorkelling

The island’s coral reef is famous for its snorkelling and diving in the Beqa Passage. Enjoy snorkelling in the clear tropical waters and explore the nearby reef off Nanuku’s beach.

Terratrek

Terratrek is Fiji’s only self-drive guided tour that explores the jungle-clad mountains behind Pacific Harbour in fun, off-road buggies. Take in views of the ocean, enjoy a picnic and swim in the cool, clean waters of a gushing waterfall.

River Rafting

Experience the natural and cultural heritage of the islands on a highlands rafting adventure with Rivers Fiji. Rivers Fiji is an award-winning tour operator backed up by more than 40 years of experience in whitewater rafting and adventure travel. Raft the unrivaled Upper Navua Gorge and take in the beauty of emerald rainforest, soaring volcanic walls and gushing waterfalls. Alternatively inflatable kayak the Luva River and feel the rush of whitewater while you explore lush rainforest, narrow canyons and hidden waterfalls.

Waterfall Hikes

Take a safari into Fiji’s lush interior. As part of your safari, you will hike to the Waisese Waterfall with a medicine man, who will explain about the various local plants and traditional food gathering. We can also arrange a visit to a local village for a kava ceremony with the chief. Guests will enjoy a barbecue of fresh local prawns and get to make their own billi billi (bamboo raft) to float downstream. The waterfall can be accessed by a scenic boat ride past historic sites such as the location of an old Fijian village at the foot of Qara Mountain (Sharkfin), and then on foot. Alternatively take a half hour hike through the lush rainforest.

Golfing

The Pearl Championship Fiji Golf Course is considered the country’s most scenic links. Located in the lush tropical rainforest of Pacific Harbour, the course itself is long and challenging with winding canals, 66 bunkers and multiple water hazards on 12 of the 18 holes. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., it is arguably the most adventurous golf course in Fiji and great for a spot of bird watching.

Our island is just two acres in total and is surrounded by clear, azure waters and spectacular sandy beaches for private swimming, snorkelling and beachcombing.
