Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than three months prior to event, a small administrative charge of $25 is charged. For events cancelling within the three months, the deposit of 50% is forfeit.

Additional Information
Canada's oldest continuously producing community theatre, the Ottawa Little Theatre produces 10 shows a year. As it is a working theatre, there is usually a set on the stage, making for an interesting background for presenters. But there is always room for a speakers podium or for a panel of speakers and a projection screen to be placed in front of the set. 12X16' projection screen included in rental fee.
